  • For the first time in its history, the Johannesburg Stock Exchange needed a commercial. After decades without competition, newly emerging exchanges forced the JSE to reaffirm its leadership and communicate why it remains the trusted, established and proven choice.
  • The brief was to create a cinematic piece that showed the JSE as the institution that has shaped, elevated and stabilised South Africa’s markets for generations.

  • We created a symbolic, cinematic commercial following a man experiencing the pulse of shifting markets before stepping onto a rooftop overlooking Johannesburg’s CBD.
  • As he raises his hands, the city responds, entire buildings lift upward around him, visualising how the JSE is the force that moves markets and drives growth.
  • The “Make The List” message lands with confidence, positioning the JSE not just as an exchange, but as the catalyst that elevates businesses and the economy.
