Introduced during the height of COVID, the product needed to be positioned as a safe, handless, no-interaction solution for everyday South Africans.
We were commissioned to create a series of commercials that clearly demonstrated how simple and accessible PUDO is while giving the brand a memorable, relatable voice.
Solution:
We created a symbolic, cinematic commercial following a man experiencing the pulse of shifting markets before stepping onto a rooftop overlooking Johannesburg’s CBD.
As he raises his hands, the city responds, entire buildings lift upward around him, visualising how the JSE is the force that moves markets and drives growth.
The “Make The List” message lands with confidence, positioning the JSE not just as an exchange, but as the catalyst that elevates businesses and the economy.
The commercial powerfully reasserted the JSE’s dominance at a critical moment of new competition.
